How to: Insert graphics created in other applications into a worksheet.
Solution:
Select the cell where the graphic is to be inserted. Select the 'Insert' menu, select 'Picture...', and specify the filename of the graphic file.
1) Select the cell where the graphic is to be inserted.
2) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Picture...'. (The Picture dialog box appears.)
3) Select the drive where the graphic file is located from the 'Look in' drop-down list. (All folders within the selected drive appear in the Name list box.)
4) Select the folder that contains the file. (The folder opens with its files and subfolders.)
5) If the document is located in a subfolder, select the subfolder.
NOTE: If necessary, repeat Step 5) until the name of the graphic file is displayed.
6) Select the name of the graphic file.

7) Click 'OK'.
NOTE: Inserted graphics do not maintain an association with the application in which it was created. Use this method only if graphics do not need to be updated often.
